Welcome to the Star Spencer Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps.

The U.S. Army JROTC Star Spencer Bobcat Battalion’s Mission is “To Motivate Young People to be Better Citizens.”  JROTC provides a quality citizenship, character, and leadership development program, while fostering partnerships with communities and educational institutions.  JROTC encompasses a myriad of teaching goals focused on leadership, teamwork, character education, personal responsibility, a sense of accomplishment, and service to the nation.
